As a qualified Architect Simon’s has extensive range of project experiences from interiors and workplace to large commercial headquarter buildings, cultural and residential buildings. Projects include Stirling prize winning schemes American Air Museum Duxford and the Gherkin at Foster and Partners.
After completing an MBA at Imperial College with specialisms in organisational behaviours, entrepreneurship and customer focused strategy, Simon advised leading real estate developers including Allied London, Hutchinson Whampoa and Countryside Properties on large scale mixed use, commercial and residential projects.
As Director at AECOM, Simon brought together economists, planners, architects, work place interiors consultants, engineers, cost consultants and landscape services together as a multi disciplinary built environment consultancy business with projects and programmes for leading public and private sector clients in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Work varied from workplace strategy solutions to large-scale masterplans, city regeneration, and Olympic Parks.
Simon's key role is the integration of great design into the built environment practically and efficiently at all different scales.
