What -  KD worked closely with Epson to explore and define a clear strategy for future desktop business printer products. Together we were able to build a direction that combined Epson's high-performance brand image with a complete and refined design, utilising an honest design approach to create a product that effortlessly expresses character and sophistication in a saturated market.

How - We provided user research and testing, market research and concept design.
